Why you struggle as a beginner

Why you struggle as a beginner

Market Research + Niche + Client Avatar + Create Offer + Promote via Content Marketing + Sales System = Close Sales

This is the default process that experts stand behind teaching and recommend especially when asked a rhetorical question if they have to do it all over again, what would they have done differently.

Then this formula is taken and infused with the expert's signature style such as

Market Research + Niche + Client Avatar + Create Offer + Promote via Content Marketing + Sales System = Close Sales x Human Design

Market Research + Niche + Client Avatar + Create Offer + Promote via Content Marketing + Sales System = Close Sales x Mindset Manifestation

Market Research + Niche + Client Avatar + Create Offer + Promote via Content Marketing + Sales System = Close Sales x Limiting Belief Work

Market Research + Niche + Client Avatar + Create Offer + Promote via Content Marketing + Sales System = Close Sales x Side Hustle

Market Research + Niche + Client Avatar + Create Offer + Promote via Content Marketing + Sales System = Close Sales x Central Nervous System

On the surface, it looks different but it all taste the same once you bite into the centre of the meat.
If you look closely, you will be able to see a pattern. First, you are task to build on the foundation of your offer before working on external touch point with your audience.

This method works but with a few conditions. Here's a few to keep in mind

  • You have chosen a definitive scope of industry that you want to make money in
  • You have understood the marketplace really very well to identify an urgent problem to solve
  • You have done a few beta testing
  • Audience growth in terms of numbers will be relatively slow as your content is micro niche so you can't measure your progress against your content metrics (that's why you see marketing messages such as 'you don't need a big audience to sell', 'followers doesn't equal to sale')
  • You have earned a level of credibility to sell at premium prices to cold audience but ready buyers
  • Your are focusing on payingconsumer assurance for your content marketing as part of your sales process

Making your first arbitrary (let's say, $10,000/month) amount is achievable but you would need to have a strategy to create a flow of expansion in order to maintain sustainability.
However, for a complete beginner, this pathway might not make sense.
Contrary to popular expert beliefs, the default process that experts stand behind teaching and recommend often remove what they perceived as a 'waste of time' during the early stages of their business.

Although most experts felt that building an audience was seen as a 'waste of time' and would have prefer to have built a more 'targeted audience', it actually played a huge part of their success especially because it created a baseline of perceived value, credibility boost, anchor positioning and product market fit.

Mistakes are usually not taken to attribute to one's success but that's just a miscalculation. If remove, there are no guarantees that they will experience the same level of success as they do today.

The most common method that experts uses themselves in starting an online business is the audience filtration method during their early days.

The method is workable on two different set of timeline depending how much time you set yourself to make money, your resources, your liabilities, your responsibilities and/or your innate strengths.

You'll be working with consumers in real time which means you'll get to dig deep to cater in the gaps of the market.

At the end of the day, the building blocks to creating an offer are mostly similar.
But how we use the building blocks in a hierarchal order to form a winning equation looks unique to everyone.

Here are some examples to get your brain juice going:
If you are multi-passionate and can't decide what you want to build a business on: Content Marketing + Market Research + Client Avatar + Create Offer + Niche + Sales System = Close Sales x Signature Style

If you know who you want to serve but can't figure what to offer: Client Avatar + Content Marketing + Market Research + Niche + Create Offer + Sales System = Close Sales x Signature Style

If you already have an offer after working with BETAs but you struggle to stand out from the crowd and create constant demand: (Create Offer + Sales Systems = Close Sales) x (Market Research + Content Marketing + Client Avatar + Niche) = Signature Style
